Bryce, I like the new lettering. Kinda retro. Is it possible to reduce the background white spaces? Maybe even give it a gritty-gray paper look. That'd be a bit more pulpy.

Hey, Bryce, it's an interesting look. It's really different from the clean, crisp look you had before.

I guess I'm not sure what "pulpy" looks like. I had some pulp mags back in the '70s, but that was usually a standard magazine cover over the top of plain ol' newsprint paper inside. I have no idea how that would translate to a web page, but the header has the kind of feel that says "old magazine -- read it!"

If you're asking if you went too far or not far enough, I'd be tempted to say not far enough. If it screams "pulpy" to ME, as uninformed as I am, then it's pulpy, baby.

It's a nice look whatever your choice, though. :)

Bryce,
I like it! I think that you should go with this, even make it more pulpy. Long and the short, it's your website and you can make it anything you like. Fans are going to read what you write regardless, as we're fans! Looking forward to the next installment of Oasis. Have a good one.
