Being Canadian, it's a bit more complex when you factor in the international stuff, and Lulu seems to lean more towards international sales. And 2:50 is nothing. I get started on revisions and drafting, and when I look at the clock it's usually 7am. But, being a student, I can get away with it. Specifically, you have to produce a pdf of the cover according to their specs. It's not terribly difficult to do once you know how. Lulu has a really slick cover wizard, so you don't have to mess with any graphics editing yourself. However, With Createspace, you automatically get listed on Amazon. With Lulu, you have to pay extra and then you may get listed on amazon. In either case, you need to know how to produce a pdf to their specs of the text.
