Printable Stories

For the benefit of folks who happen across my blog for the first time, I’m re-releasing a couple of short stories in a easily printable format. Readers of Oasis will have to wait for the paperback to get it all in one place…

They are the two Caldera stories, all neat and tidy in pdf format.

Pride of the Traveler

The Apocalypse of Blythe

Nice! That’s awesome. I wish I could offer something like this without having to have my own (paid!) website. If WP offered this service to its free accounts I’d be all over it.

How’s it going with the audio script production? Any progress?

Hope you had a happy Thanksgiving.

    Hi Bryce,

I don’t see any way to email you so I am posting this here.

I am writing to tell you I have started a new blog called finding free ebooks. I hope to maintain a steady stream of links to free ebooks, mostly individual author sites. Because it’s set up like it is, people can sign up for the rss feed and be notified of new additions easily. They can also come and search the site. I’m trying to include a bit about genre and what’s available on each site in my blog posts to help people decide which authors to check out. So it’s not just a dry list of links. Please have a look and send me any comments or suggestions.

I have added your site to this new blog. If you want to write your own blurb for my blog, that’d be fine. I never claimed to be a talented writer. Send it to me and I’ll post it.

If you post a new book online, please let me know so I can update my blog.

I would appreciate a link back, if you don’t mind. If not, it’s ok.

If you want to be removed from the blog, that’s fine. Let me know.

    Thanks.

    Christine

  3. Darc – You can fake it by using a free file hosting service like mediafire.com. Your readers will need to see an ad, but that is the price of free.

Oh, and thanks for reminding me about the audio thing. Did you and your wife want to record a part (each)? Your wife had expressed interest before. All you need is a microphone (pretty much any one) and Audacity, which is free and open source. Let me know and I’ll email you particulars.

Christine – Link added on the sidebar. And unless you’re a horrible spammer, I’m happy for the linkage.
