Been a while since I checked in (chapter 29 if I'm totally honest) but I'm glad to see you've lost none of your flare. It's been great to catch up with one of my favourite male leads. Just one thing though...who does Corbin like more, Beth or London? I NEED to know for sanities sake!
Anyway great work as always, hope all's going well at home, both your daughter's are so gorgeous, you must be really proud.
Look forward to the next chapter and hopefully tuning in more regularly from now on.

Hey, Bryce, glad to see you had a chance to fire off a chapter before the long weekend. Would've been awful to have to go another week without our fix of St. Laurent!

Interesting story movement here; sort of slow-rolling, like something big's coming. I did notice a bit of the tension was relieved. Not sure that's the intent though.

Anyway, a few typo things, but I don't have a lot of time, so I'll have to circle back and help out on the rest. Or maybe some of your other faithful will step up. (Hint, hint.) ;)

Then tent smelled of dusty old canvas, like it hadn’t been put up in ten years. It was a pretty big, twelve feet by sixteen feet or so and probably eight feet tall at the peak. There was a plastic folding table in one corner with a microphone, a laptop, and several pieces of electronic equipment. Chords spilled over the back and wound out under the wall of the tent.
There are a few typos in this opening paragraph, and I thought a bit too much "to be" passivity for your normal style. ;)

He had thrown up a roadblock when all I wanted to hurt the aliens and hurt them bad.
Looks like a "do was" or similar is missing from this clause.

The helicopter noise got so closer. It was apparent that there were at least two of them flying overhead. Within a few seconds they were so loud that we had to wait for them to pass by before we could here each other talk.
Okay, couple of things:
"so" should be cut;
all instances of "that" can go;
"here" should be "hear" (typo);
"talk" is understood and can be cut.
I don't do any more like this; you get the idea. ;)

I wasn’t really interested in joining his little private army an more, but ...
If this should've been "anymore" it's all one word; if not, I don't know what the intended word is. :)

He ignored London, Rhett, and myself and walked right up to Jex.
"Me" here.

That's all I've got time for today, bud. Another great entry. Hopefully I can get back with you on the rest of it later, but if not, keep the keyboard burnin', baby. :)

Have a Happy Memorial Day weekend!
