Ok, thanks to a notice left by observant reader Clive, I have now fixed the bug that allowed the pdf generation to work on my testing server even when it shouldn’t have.
The plugin is now upgraded to v0.2.

Hi Bryce, it’s me again. Thanks the .pdf works great now and I’ve another suggestion, have a think about allowing to put a header and or footer line put into each generated file. The only thing that puts me off using the .pdf etc generators is not being able to put a copyright notice on the page.
