Well, you’ve probably noticed the myriad sites that are either voluntarily down (like wikipedia) or have special notices posted (see the google logo today). I believe that the proposed legislations (SOPA and PIPA) go way too far. I’d encourage you to go learn about the legislations, and if you disagree with them, and contact your congresscritters.
