		<description><![CDATA[It&#039;ll be kind of basic for using in a programming environment, but it should at least get you on the right track. For a one-man programming team, the tool I use in the upcoming tutorial will work fine. You still won&#039;t have to bother with setting up a server or anything crazy like that.]]></description>
