Hi! I’m Bryce, and this is my blog. I write for fun & sometimes I write for my kids. In a perfect world, I’d be full-time author. Sometimes I feel like I was born 70 years too late. I love big band jazz and swing dancing. I read pulp novels written by folks like Robert E. Howard, Edgar Rice Burroughs & Lester Dent. I often listen to old time radio programs. I dig the style of the 30’s and 40’s. But then again, I also love my Kindle, air conditioning, and YouTube, so maybe I’m lucky to be right when I am.
In real life, I’m the entire IT department at a real estate investment and management company. I usually just tell people that I’m a programmer, because that’s my favorite and impressive sounding part of my job. In a perfect world, however, I’d be a full-time writer.
Other stuff: I’m very religious (LDS). Politically, I am libertarian. I love my family (a wife, three little girls, and a son). I love old pulp novels, radio theater, swing dancing, jazz and blues music, firearms, writing, reading and I believe in being prepared, laughing often, and showing respect to people around me.
Here’s a list of some of my favorite posts and projects.
And here are some hopefully amusing things:
